Getting to Lansdowne
GLOBAL ENTRY or APEC Applicants: You must only complete the US portion of the interview. Please report to the port of Alexandria Bay, NY for your appointment. Take 81 North to Wellesley Island, NY (Toll Bridge $4.00 fee to cross) continue past the last USA Exit 52 (Dewolf Point-now exit 182), past the US Duty Free. Then use the turnaround BEFORE Canada Customs and travel back south to the Port of Entry. There is a gate, it lifts automatically when you pull up to it. If the NEXUS lane is open, please use that lane first, if no NEXUS lane is open, just use a normal primary lane. Tell the Officer you are here for your GE appointment; the Officer will direct you to park in the designated location (Secondary Parking) and enter the Passenger Processing Center by using the double glass doors at the main building (glass wall next to primary). Please look for the sign in sheet on the left counter, sign in, take a seat, and wait patiently. NEXUS and FAST Applicants: Your scheduled appointment time is with the Canadian Officer first. Please report to Canada Border Service Agency to complete first part of interview. Once Canadian interview is complete, then you will be directed to US Customs and Border Protection Alexandria Bay, NY to complete the process of the application. The Canadian Nexus Enrollment Center is located at 860 ON-137, Lansdowne, ON K0E 1L0, on 2nd floor. Parking lot is located on the left, across the street from the Duty Free, Drive slow so you don't miss the sign that states NEXUS. The US Nexus/Global Entry Enrollment Center is located at 46735 Interstate I-81 # 1, Alexandria Bay, NY 13607 Do NOT type address into Google Maps, it will take you to the wrong location.
