Getting to Bowling Green

The waiting area is to the left of the elevators on the 1st floor, with signs in front of two couches. Do not wander from the waiting area or disturb neighboring offices. A CBP employee will come to escort you to the enrollment center. When you have completed enrollment, follow the Officer’s and/or employee's instructions. A CBP employee will escort you back to the lobby of the building and you will depart from the same door you entered.
